2015 Empowering Youth through Employment

Report takes a look at the youth employment climate in Solano County.  Youth were surveyed regarding barriers to jobs and training.  Employers were polled regarding their youth hiring habits and opportunities for internships.  Recommendations based on results and best practices within Solano County and beyond are included.

2016
Solano County Workforce Development Report

Official Solano County report on workforce development analyzes current challenges of workforce readiness and entry for all age groups in the county.   Recommendations include improved county-wide coordination, streamlined process, and shared resources.
